ARRANGEMENTS FOR REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS
Corporate Communications 1
The Company publishes all Corporate Communications, in English and Chinese, on the Company’s website (www.wkkintl.com) and the Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No printed copies of Corporate Communications will be posted to Shareholders except by written request.
A notice of publication of the Website Version 2 of Corporate Communications (in English and Chinese) will be sent by the Company to its Shareholders by email (if the Shareholder has provided a functional email address) or by post (if the Shareholder has not provided an email address or the email address provided is not functional). If a Shareholder has, for any reason, difficulty in receiving or gaining access to Corporate Communications on the Company’s website, the Company will upon request send the relevant Corporate Communications to such Shareholder in printed form free of charge.
Shareholders are encouraged to subscribe for the News Alerts service provided by the Stock Exchange at https://www.hkex.com.hk/eng/invest/user/login_e.aspx to keep themselves informed of the latest Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications. Through the News Alerts, Shareholders will receive alerts when the Company issues regulatory notices or disclosure of interest notices.

The Company will send Actionable Corporate Communications, in English and Chinese, to each Shareholder individually in electronic form by email. If the Company does not possess a Shareholder’s email address or the email address provided by a Shareholder is not functional, the Company will send the Actionable Corporate Communication in printed form together with a request form for soliciting the Shareholder’s functional email address to facilitate electronic dissemination of Actionable Corporate Communications in the future.
Provision of Shareholder’s Email Address to the Company
To facilitate electronic communication by email, the Company recommends its Shareholders to provide the Company with their email address by completing and signing the Request Form for registered Shareholders publishedon the Company’s website (www.wkkintl.com) under “Dissemination of Corporate Communications” in the “Investor Relations”sectionand returning the completed Request Form to the Company’s Registrar, by email to wkk532-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com or by post or by hand to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
Please be reminded that it is the responsibility of Shareholders to provide an email address that is functional to the Company. If the Company does not possess a Shareholder’s email address or the email address provided is not functional, the Company will act according to the above arrangements. The Company will be considered to have complied with the Listing Rules if it sends Actionable Corporate Communications to the email address provided by the Shareholder without receivingany “non-delivery message”.
Request for Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form
Shareholders may at any time, by serving a prior notice of not less than seven clear business days in writing to the Company’s Registrar, request to receive future Corporate Communications (including Actionable Corporate Communications) from the Company in printed form. Shareholders may make such a request by completing and signingthe Request Form for registered Shareholders published on the Company’s website (www.wkkintl.com) under “Dissemination of Corporate Communications” in the“Investor Relations” sectionand returning the completed Request Form to the Company’s Registrar by email to wkk532-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com or by post or by hand to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
Any request for printed form shall be valid for one year starting from the date of receipt of suchinstruction unless revoked or superceded. A further Request Form is required if a Shareholder wishes to continue receiving Corporate Communications (including Actionable Corporate Communications) in printed form after the expiry of such Shareholder’s original request.

The Company publishes all Corporate Communications, in English and Chinese, on the Company’s website (www.wkkintl.com) and the Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No printed copies of Corporate Communications will be posted to Non-registered Holders except by written request.
A notice of publication of the Website Version 2 of Corporate Communications (in English and Chinese) will be sent to Non-registered Holders by email or by post, only if the Non-registered Holder’s email address or postal address (as the case may be) has been provided to the Company via HKSCC Nominees Limited by such Non-registered Holder’s bank(s), broker(s), custodian(s) or nominee(s) through which such Non-registered Holder’s shares are held (collectively, the “Intermediaries”). To facilitate electronic communication by email, Non-registered Holders are encouraged to liaise with their Intermediaries and to provide a functional email address to their Intermediaries. If the Company does not receive a Non-registered Holder’s functional email address or postal address from such Non-registered Holder’s Intermediaries via HKSCC Nominees Limited, no notice of publication of the Website Version of a Corporate Communication will be sent to such Non-Registered Holder.

Non-registered Holders who wish to receive Actionable Corporate Communications by email from the Company pursuant to the Listing Rules should liaise with their Intermediaries and provide their functional email address to their respective Intermediaries.

Non-registered Holders may at any time by reasonable notice in writing to the Company, c/o of the Company’s Registrar, request to receive Corporate Communications (including Actionable Corporate Communications) from the Company in printed form. Non-registered Holders may make such a request by completing and signing the Request Form for Non-registered Holders published on the Company’s website (www.wkkintl.com)under “Dissemination of Corporate Communications” in the“Investor Relations” sectionand returning it by email to wkk532-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com or by post or by hand to the Company’s Registrar, Tricor Standard Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT
Your supply of Personal Data to the Company and/or the Company’s Registrar in connection with the Company’s arrangements for Corporate Communications is on a voluntary basis. “Personal Data” in this statement has the same meaning as “personal data” defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 (the “PDPO”) of the laws of Hong Kong, which may include but not limited to your name, contact telephone number, email address and mailing address. Your Personal Data is collected for the purpose of receiving Corporate Communications in the manner chosen. Your Personal Data will be transferred to the Company’s Registrar’s agents, contractors or third-party service providers who/which offer administrative or telecommunications services to the Company’s Registrar in connection with the operation of their business for the above purposes. The Company and/or the Company’s Registrar will disclose the Personal Data when required to do so by law and may also disclose such Personal Data in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities. Your Personal Data will be retained for such period as may be necessary for the Company’s and/or the Company’s Registrar’s verification and record purposes. You have the right to request access to and/or to correct your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO, and any other data protection law as applicable. Any such request for access to, correction and/or erasure of your Personal Data, as well as withdrawal of consent, should be made in writing by either of the following means:

1. “Corporate Communications” refer to documents issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of any of the Company’s shares or securities or the investing public, including but not limited to (a) directors’ reports, annual accounts together with the auditors’ reports and, where applicable, summary financial reports; (b) interim reports and, where applicable, summary interim reports; (c) notices of meetings; (d) listing documents; (e) circulars; (f) proxy forms and (g) reply slips.
2. The electronic version of Corporate Communications published, in both English and Chinese, on the websites of the Company and the Stock Exchange.
3. “Actionable Corporate Communications” refer to any corporate communications that seek instructions from Shareholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as Shareholders. Proxy forms and Notices of AGM are not Actionable Corporate Communications.
4. “Non-registered Holders” means non-registered holders of shares of the Company whose shares are held in Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) and who have notified the Company through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited that they wish to receive Corporate Communications.
